Turn into medium honey, stir and fry evenly with simmering heat and raw licorice slices, take out of the pan in 3~5 minutes, put it in the roasting room or oven at 60~C until it is not sticky, and let it cool. Roasted licorice is round or oval slices, the surface is reddish-brown or gray-brown, slightly shiny, the cut surface is yellow to dark yellow croaker, the cambium ring is obvious, and the rays are radial.

[Preparation method] Take clean licorice slices, add cooked honey and a little boiled water, mix well, then a little stuffy, fry until yellow to deep yellow, take out when it is not sticky, and let cool. Use 25-30 kg of refined honey for every 100 kg.

[Production process] Select raw materials, clean raw materials, 3 times extraction, concentration, spray drying into powder, sieving sterilization, and packaging.
